By purchasing a KevinIPTV subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
2. Service Description
KevinIPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers video content via internet connection. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our website.
3. Account Usage
Your KevinIPTV account credentials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing credentials with individuals outside your household, reselling access, or using the service to stream content publicly is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment is made via WhatsApp arrangement prior to account activation. Due to the immediate digital nature of IPTV account delivery, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of purchase if the service is demonstrably non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
5. Service Availability
KevinIPTV targets 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via WhatsApp. Service interruptions caused by your ISP, your device, or your local internet connection are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for refunds.
6. Acceptable Use
The service is provided for personal home entertainment. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent technical protections, to reverse engineer the service, or to redistribute access to third parties.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms. Upon termination for breach, no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period.
8. Limitation of Liability
KevinIPTV's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
