DMCA Policy

1. Introduction and Compliance Statement

Kevin IPTV ("we", "us", "our", the "Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Kevin IPTV operates as a streaming platform reseller and middleware service provider. We are committed to maintaining compliance with applicable copyright law and take copyright infringement claims seriously.

2. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content accessible through the Service infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent. Your notification must be a written communication that includes ALL of the following:

1. 1A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. 2Identification of the copyrighted work (or works) claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
3. 3Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL or stream location).
4. 4Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. 5A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. 6A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Important: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes ALL of the following:

1. 1Your physical or electronic signature.
2. 2Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. 3A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. 4Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days, unless we first receive notice from the original complainant that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Service.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Kevin IPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of subscribers and account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Kevin IPTV may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against abusive behavior, including but not limited to subscription cancellation without refund.

5. Our Role and Limitations

Kevin IPTV is a reseller and middleware service. We do not host, transmit, or control the streaming content delivered through our service. Content is provided via third-party servers and infrastructure. We act as an intermediary between end users and content delivery systems.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, where applicable, take the following actions:

• ✓ Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content from our platform or channel lists where technically possible.
• ✓ Notify the subscriber or account holder associated with the allegedly infringing activity.
• ✓ Where the infringement is confirmed and willful, terminate the subscriber's account.
• ✓ Cooperate with lawful requests from copyright holders and legal authorities.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Kevin IPTV service, you agree that:

• • You will only stream content that you have the legal right to access.
• • You will not use our service to circumvent technological protection measures.
• • You will not distribute, reproduce, or publicly perform copyrighted content without authorization.
• • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• • You understand that IPTV services may be subject to different regulations in different countries.

7. Safe Harbor Provisions

Kevin IPTV claims protection under the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512, as a service provider that:

• ◆ Is not aware of facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent.
• ◆ Acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon proper notification.
• ◆ Does not receive a financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity where it has the right and ability to control such activity.
